We would like to inform you about upcoming updates and price revisions that will be made to our services. These changes are scheduled to be implemented starting mid-October 2024.
Our core passion has always been to provide a home away from home and a low-stress grooming experience for our feline guests. When you leave them in our hands, their welfare and wellbeing becomes our utmost concern.
Having been established for 8 years, we have raised our prices on only two occasions. We take pride in offering excellent service at affordable rates. Nevertheless, over the last few years, the cost of supplies and rent have risen several times, impacting our operating expenses. While we have tried to manage these increases internally, they have now reached a point where they are no longer sustainable for our business.
Over the past year, our co-founder, who also serves as the lead groomer, has obtained three new certifications to enhance the quality of services offered to our customers. She successfully completed a total of 160 hours of practical training at the reputable Nekomori Grooming Academy and PetPat Grooming Academy in Singapore. Following the training, she passed both the mandatory theory and practical exams to earn the certifications. Additionally, she enrolled in a Pet Care and Management course at Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore and obtained certification after passing the written exam. Our dedication to improving our business is evident in the significant amount of time and resources invested in acquiring these certifications. With this newly acquired knowledge, we are better equipped to provide top-notch care for your beloved cats.
As you are aware, we truly fuss over the quality of our care. We refuse to skimp on the premium supplies we use to maintain the standard of our facility and professional grooming tools and products we use on our cat clients. Our custom accommodation rooms, cat furniture, and grooming tools are subject to considerable wear and tear due to the nature of our business, given the destructive tendencies of cats. However, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for our cat clients necessitates regular maintenance and replacement of equipment.
As we continue to provide quality services for our cat clients, a price revision is inevitable for our business to remain viable. And in doing so, below are the changes that will take place.
Cat Lodging Rates Revision
The rates for Cabins will be raised by RM4/night, while the rates for Cottages will see an increase of RM10/night. Additionally, all Cottages will be upgraded from plastic litter trays to stainless steel ones, enhancing hygiene and reducing odours.

Cat Grooming Updates & Rates Revision
Our grooming rates are set to undergo a moderate adjustment, with an anticipated increase falling within the range of 5% to 10%. This adjustment is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that we continue to provide top-quality grooming services while also accounting for rising operational costs and investments in enhancing the overall grooming experience for our customers.
By implementing this increase, we aim to maintain the high standards of care, expertise, and attention to detail that our clients have come to expect from us. This adjustment reflects our commitment to sustainability and growth, enabling us to further invest in our facilities, grooming products, and staff training to deliver exceptional service and ensure the well-being and satisfaction of both our furry clients and their loving owners.
