Peak Season Lodging

Listed below are high demand dates where we are expecting to operate at full capacity. We are more than happy to maintain our normal lodging rates, as such we do not impose peak season surcharges. However, advance bookings are recommended in order to secure a spot for kitty. Camp Kitty Club members will be given priority to book on certain festive* peak season dates.

2024 Peak Season Dates

  • 1 - 7 Jan | New Year

  • 8 - 18 Feb | Chinese New Year*

  • 6 - 21 April | Hari Raya Aidilfitri*

  • 14 - 20 June | Hari Raya Aidiladha*

  • 13 - 18 September | Malaysia Day

  • 30 Oct - 3 Nov | Deepavali

  • 1 - 31 Dec | December Holidays*

2025 Peak Season Dates

  • 1 - 7 Jan | New Year

  • 24 Jan - 3 Feb | Chinese New Year*


 

Payment & Discount Policy

  • Deposit payment of 70% is required upon booking; balance payment to be made during check-in

  • Discounts are only applicable for bookings above 30 nights. No discounts are applicable for bookings between 10 - 29 nights.


 

Cancellation Policy (Peak Season)

Strictly no refunds for early check-outs.


 

Check-in & Check-out Timing

To ensure a pleasant experience for our campers, we are maintaining a strict check-in and check-out timing. We hope for your full cooperation, but if you urgently require an early check-in or late check-out, do talk to us.

Standard Peak Season check-in: 2pm - 6pm

Standard Peak Season check-out: 11am - 2pm​

Wednesday check-in: 11am - 1pm / 5pm - 6pm

Wednesday check-out: 11am - 1pm


Check-out Extension is subjected to availability, kindly request in advance if required. Fee applies (check-outs between 2pm - 6:45pm)

Extension of stay is subjected to availability – please plan in advance and book accordingly.

 

Kindly take note:

  • Only adult cats with completed up-to-date vaccination / kittens with at least two doses of vaccination are accepted for boarding

  • Vaccination and medical record proof will be requested upon booking

  • Vaccination card needs to be presented during check-in for first time campers

  • Parasite preventive spot-on needs to be administered prior to / upon check-in (We accept: Advocate, Bravecto, NexGard Combo, Revolution, Revolution Plus. We do not accept: Advantage, Biospotix, Frontline, off-brands)

  • Food supplies brought from home needs to be provided in a container with a scooper/cup and properly labelled with cat’s name & printed instructions (if any)

  • We have the right to refuse boarding of cats deemed unhealthy or infested with parasites

  • Kitty updates via WhatsApp may be sent every 3 - 4 days due to full capacity

  • Make a list of items brought for boarding and make sure everything is returned during check-out

  • Any injury / wounds / presence of any skin condition need to be made known to us

  • Cats who are deemed unsanitary will have to be groomed before checking-in or brought to the playroom. If owner refuses a groom, cat will remain in the room throughout their stay.
