Peak Season Lodging

Listed below are high demand dates where we are expecting to operate at full capacity. We are more than happy to maintain our normal lodging rates, as such we do not impose peak season surcharges. However, advance bookings are recommended in order to secure a spot for kitty.

Kindly take note of the following dates:

2022 Peak Season Dates

  • 1 - 7 Jan

  • 29 Jan - 5 Feb

  • 29 Apr - 10 May

  • 8 - 13 July

  • 30 Nov - 31 Dec


Payment & Discount

  • Deposit payment of 50% is required upon booking

  • Balance payment to be made during check-in

  • We accept cash, credit card, Maybank QR Pay, Grabpay, TnG eWallet & bank transfer

  • Discounts are non-applicable during aforementioned dates



  • There is a non-refundable RM30 booking and admin fee for booking cancellations

  • Cancellations due to Government restrictions to curb COVID-19 of up to 2 days prior to check-in date may receive a full deposit fee refund in store credit form (minus booking fee)

  • Late cancellation fee of 40% may be imposed for cancellations 3 days to check-in date

  • No refunds for check-in day cancellations


Check-in & Check-out Timing

To ensure a pleasant experience for our campers, we are maintaining a strict check-in and check-out timing. We hope for your full cooperation, but if you urgently require an early check-in or late check-out, do talk to us.

Check-in: 2 pm - 6 pm

Check-out: 11 am - 2 pm​

Wednesday check-in / check out: 11 am - 1 pm

Check-out Extension is subjected to availability. Fee applies (check-outs between 2pm - 6:45pm)

Strictly no refunds for early check-outs


Kindly take note:

  • Only adult cats with completed up-to-date vaccination / kittens with at least two doses of vaccination are accepted for boarding

  • Vaccination and medical record proof will be requested upon booking

  • Vaccination card needs to be presented during check-in for first time campers

  • Flea preventive spot-on needs to be administered prior to / upon check-in

  • Food supplies brought from home needs to be provided in a container, properly labelled with cat’s name & instructions (if any)

  • We have the right to refuse boarding of cats deemed unhealthy or infested with parasites

  • Kitty updates via WhatsApp may be every 3 - 4 days due to full capacity

  • Multiple cats need to be individually named for our reference (send us via WhatsApp)

  • Make a list of items brought for boarding and make sure everything is returned during check-out

  • Any injury / wounds / presence of any skin condition need to be made known to us

  • Cats who are deemed unsanitary will have to be bathed before boarding or brought to the playroom
